Seal Solutions Consulting Service Policies Booking Policy 1. Advance Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation and personalized service. 2. Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, including meeting details, pre-session materials, and any necessary preparation guidelines. 3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy 1. Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid fees. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service fee of the booked service. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged a 100% service fee with no refunds. 4. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Consideration will be given for genuine emergencies if communicated promptly. Waitlist Policy 1. Join the Waitlist: If your desired service is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through our booking system. 2. Notification Process: You will receive a notification via email or text if a spot becomes available. Once notified, you have 12 hours to confirm the appointment before it is offered to the next client on the list. 3. Priority System: Waitlist openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
